Volunteers
If you are seeking an enjoyable and fulfilling way to spend some of your time, why not join our dedicated group of volunteers at the Whalehead Club? Some of the benefits include a spectacular waterfront view, meeting intriguing people from all over the world, spacious green lawns, a grand 1925 Art Nouveau styled building filled with class and majesty, and participation in one of the most interesting projects on the Outer Banks! Volunteers are appreciated for any time they give to the Whalehead Club and receive special discounts in the Museum Shop. A small stipend is also offered to help offset the cost of travel.
You can help us by volunteering at the Whalehead Club in the following capacities:
Regular Tour Guide - Children's Treasure Hunt Tour Guide
- Behind the Scenes Tour Guide
